Quick Release Mooring Units as advanced techniques have been adopted by us, after adopting other similar companys products advantages, and the study of the actual usage condition, we successfully develop a brand new quick mooring and releasing equipment.
Originally, the mooring equipment mainly is bollard, while operating, first the operator throws the leading rope to the dock, then pull the hawser to the dock and moor it on the bollard, while releasing, the operator must release the capstan on the vessel and the operator on the dock can put the hawser out of the bollard, finally the vessel can leave the dock. Now the quick release mooring hooks can solve all these problems, it can not only make the mooring operation more easily, but also avoid the safety accident in emergency case, and it can also make the mooring operation automatically. The integrated facilities mainly consist of electric capstan, mooring hook, locking device and the mechanical body. The advantage of the integrated facilities is quick mooring and releasing, when mooring, the operator can control the capstan, and through pulling the lead rope, the hawser of the vessel can be moored on the hook, in this case the mooring operation is finished, when the vessel need to leave the dock, the operator can only put the operation handle or push the button on the panel, the hook can be rotated by the hawser pulling and the hawser can leave away from the hook, all these operations is very easy and convenient, so using the equipment can not only reduce the work intensity but also make all the operation very quickly and automatically, specially in some emergency case, the integrated facility can ensure the vessel leave the dock quickly, and guarantee the safe of the vessel and dock.
Additionally, for the equipment developed by us, the technicians of our company first use the advanced three dimensional software to analyze the load on the hook theoretically, to ensure it has enough safe coefficient, then every hook is tested and demonstrated by an independent testing authority up to 1.5 times of the S. W. L...And all components of the equipment are designed for hazardous or non-hazardous locations. For hazardous locations, hooks are supplied non-sparking and electrically insulated, whilst capstans and controls are certified for class I, zone I or zone II.
Generally speaking, this kind of equipment is effective for reducing the operating strength, improving the work efficiency and ensuring the dock safe.
